Eng Mohamed Sweilam.
Eng. Mohamed Sweilam is a structural engineer with 10+ years of experience across the MENA region and Founder of CORE Engineering (est. 2013), delivering 100+ projects including mixed-use developments and skyscrapers up to 250m in collaboration with leading international consultants.
He developed the proprietary CCUV methodology, focused on smarter early stage structural decisions that generate measurable pre construction savings while safeguarding safety, performance, timelines, and overall project investment.
