Eng. Mohamed Sweilam is the Founder and CEO of CORE Engineering, a structural engineering consultancy established in 2012 and operating across the MENA region. With over 20 years of practice, he has led the delivery of more than 100 projects spanning a broad spectrum of complexity and scale — from high-rise towers reaching 250 metres to large mixed-use developments and landmark commercial structures — developed in direct collaboration with leading international design consultants.

Eng. Sweilam is the originator of the CCUV Methodology — a proprietary framework for optimising structural decision-making at the earliest stages of a project. The methodology is designed to generate measurable pre-construction cost savings while rigorously preserving structural safety, performance integrity, project timelines, and overall investment value.

He maintains direct oversight of quality control across all CORE deliverables — ensuring that every drawing set, calculation package, and BIM model that leaves the firm reflects the standard of care that CORE's clients have come to expect.
